Requirements

• Active Optometry license in the state of California.
• Experience with myopia management.
• Proficient in scleral lens fittings.
• Knowledge of dry eye treatments, including IPL and LLLT.
• Comfortable working with specialty contact lenses.

Nice To Haves

• Experience and or knowledge in dry-eye treatment modalities such as IPL and LLLT is a plus.

• A compassionate provider who enjoys working with a diverse patient population and upholding the practice’s tradition of excellent care.
• The ability to conduct exams in Spanish would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive eye exams for patients of all ages.
• Manage a diverse range of ocular conditions, including myopia, keratoconus, dry eye, and Glaucoma, if you are certified.
• Fit specialty lenses, including scleral lenses.
• Provide patient education on eye health, treatment options, and preventative care.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to deliver high-quality care.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools to enhance patient care, including OCT, Topography, and Slit-Lamp imaging systems.
• Contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the practice, with potential for future ownership.
