In addition to offering primary optometric services, the doctors specialize in acute eye care, pediatric eye care, low vision, myopia control management, cataract and refractive surgery co-management, specialty contact lenses, and designer eyewear and customer lens designs.
Requirements
- Able to treat patients of all ages
- Experience conducting comprehensive eye exams, contact lens exams, glaucoma testing and treatment, diabetic eye disease, cataract surgery, and Lasik co-management
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable team player
- Excellent listener who genuinely cares about patients
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Show compassion for patient health and safety
- Doctor of Optometry degree, O.D., including Third Party Administrator (TPA) certificate of licensure
- 1-3 years of clinical practice experience with current knowledge of Optometric technology and practices
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong management, leadership, and organizational skills
- Strong business aptitude, self-discipline, and ability to deliver outstanding patient service
- Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of his/her job duties
