Tran Vision Center, a leading full-scope optometry practice in Laredo, Texas, is seeking a full-time optometrist to join their highly regarded team. With a patient wait list extending several months, the practice is eager to welcome an associate optometrist as soon as possible to help ease scheduling demands, enhance efficiency, and ensure exceptional care for both new and established patients. What you'll do: As an Optometrist in this thriving practice, you can look forward to a fulfilling and dynamic day, caring for a diverse range of patients, from young children needing routine eye exams to seniors experiencing age-related vision changes, as well as those requiring specialized treatments for complex eye conditions. You'll utilize state-of-the-art equipment, including OCT, a visual field analyzer, fundus photography, a digital refraction system, a corneal topographer, non-contact tonometry, and an autorefractor to perform comprehensive eye tests with accuracy. Collaboration is essential here, as you'll work closely with a talented team of dedicated professionals to ensure a seamless and compassionate experience for each patient. This full-time position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $170,000 to $180,000. Requirements

Passionate and dedicated individual committed to providing exceptional eye care and improving the vision health of the community, particularly in areas where eye care is most needed.
Valid Texas optometry license
Ability to conduct exams in Spanish is a significant advantage
Highly skilled in handling a diverse range of patients with varying visual needs and age groups.
