Your key responsibilities include: Conduct comprehensive eye exams and manage ocular diseases Provide specialty care, including contact lens fittings, myopia control, and dry eye management Utilize advanced diagnostic technology and treatment innovations Collaborate with experienced optometrists and a highly skilled support team Participate in clinical studies and ongoing professional development Minimum qualifications include: Doctor of Optometry (DO) degree by May 2025 Active Tennessee optometry license OR eligibility for Tennessee optometry license For new grads: Board certification / pending certification upon graduation Preferred qualifications include: Experience in private and/or retail optometric practice Residency training or specialty interest in areas such as ocular disease, pediatrics, or low vision What you will love about Nashville: The Nashville area blends vibrant city life with small-town charm.
