Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience.
  • Must be local to the Nashville, TN area

Nice To Haves

  • Masters preferred.
  • Residential program experience for youth strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Successfully oversee all New Hope Residential programs in the State of Tennessee
  • Create a trauma-informed culture and tone at every residential program we operate
  • Achieve exceptional outcomes in these three core areas: program data, people data, and financial data.
  • Hire, train and develop supervisors and leads who effectively train and develop staff
  • Work both in the programs and on the programs. Be close enough to monitor the kids and the culture but the programs should be able to run successfully without you on sight every single moment.
  • Be an educator of our staff around issues of trauma, mental health, and substance abuse. Make sure our team knows who they are serving, how and why.
  • Set the tone for a positive culture that everyone wants to be a part of
  • Ensure a culture of high performance and excellence permeates throughout the programs
  • Work collaboratively with EE&T and PQI on data-driven decisions that drive the programs forward
  • Put out fires when needed, but mostly institute systems to prevent them from happening
  • Closely monitor incident data for trends and institute necessary countermeasures
  • Monitor and manage census for programs to ensure budgeted targets are hit
  • Ensure all regulations and Joint Commission (or other accrediting) standards are being met.
  • We expect that you are a multiplier of people and impact, not an individual do-er of tasks
