About The Position

What you are good at: Analytical ability – Able to effectively review information and data in order to identify issues and opportunities Prioritizing: Operate in a fast-paced environment effectively managing competing priorities and responsibilities to meet critical deadlines. Building Relationships -Connecting with others in a way that fosters trust and creates collaborative relationships. Responsibilities: Handling retail and advisory client orders, focusing on timely order entry with a focus on execution quality. Monitoring adverse price movements (e.g., in 0DTE options) and ensuring proper, non-risky execution. Continual search to improve routing strategy and technology to increase business while focusing on best execution Qualifications & Skills: Proven track record in options trading/execution. Strong understanding of options pricing, volatility, and strategy, including credit spreads. FINRA registrations— Series 7, 57, 4, —are strongly preferred or required within the first few months of employment. The ability to process large amounts of complex data quickly to make informed real-time decisions. Maintaining composure and decisiveness in fast-paced, high-stress environments. Strong numerical skills for mental calculations and understanding complex financial problems. Ability to clearly and succinctly convey market insights to stakeholders, portfolio managers, and clients. Why work for us? Requirements

Proven track record in options trading/execution.
Strong understanding of options pricing, volatility, and strategy, including credit spreads.
FINRA registrations— Series 7, 57, 4, —are strongly preferred or required within the first few months of employment.
