As Optimization Specialist, you will play a vital role in Superior Insurance Partners success by performing pre-Go-Live setup and conducting post-Go-Live site visits and remote meetings with agencies and individual employees to provide training, data cleanup, reporting, configuration, fixes and optimization on the features and operation of Applied Epic, CSR24 and other related system and vendor solutions. Your responsibilities will include creating and maintaining workflows, processes and procedures, creating job aids, configuring accounting methods, promoting best practices, and driving and facilitating efficiency and cost-effective solutions. Timely and detailed responses to agency partners’ support requests will also be a key aspect of your role. Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of Applied Epic including configuration, Indio, Applied Pay, CSR24 and related and connected software (required).
  • Knowledge of non-Epic agency management systems (such as AMS360, Hawksoft, QQ Catalyst, EZLynx, etc.)
  • Experience with conversions and integration management.
  • Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and anticipate solutions.
  • Experience in insurance policy lifecycle management.
  • Experience managing a book of business and/or a production service team for commercial and/or personal lines.
  • Strong administrative and computing skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Effective prioritization and deadline management skills.
  • Professional, organized, and skilled communicator with the ability to convey ideas, concepts, and strategies to all levels of the organization.
  • Competence in the collaboration tool Microsoft Teams.

Responsibilities

  • Setup agency partner for pre-Go-Live success via:
  • Gap analysis including review of legacy system for nuances and anticipated system and procedural changes
  • Implementation of vendor solutions (Formstack, ePay, Carrier Rater, Phone Systems, Email etc.)
  • Outlook within Epic, Connection Suite, and Browser Extensions
  • Email Signatures
  • Wet Signatures
  • Invoice Templates
  • CSR24 and Client Portal Setup
  • Epic Home Screens and System Defaults
  • Epic scheduled reporting and inputting into MyReports and Quick View (Communication Log, Commission Statements), adding carriers (ICOs) and brokers (PPEs), producer and carrier commission statements as needed
  • IT upgrades and changes as needed
  • Provide export and import solutions for attachments, application data, certificate holder and templates for internal conversions
  • Conduct post-Go-Live support including remote meetings and site visits (as needed) with agencies to provide fixes with migration and integration needs of the agency, including but not limited to:
  • Download and suspense cleanup
  • Optimization of processes, systems, and customization
  • Retraining on the features and operation of the Applied Epic insurance agency management system, CSR24, and other related system and vendor solutions
  • Assist with fixes and functionality improvement, remediation for accounting/report gaps and testing, configuration and optimization, and driving and facilitating efficiency and cost-effective solutions.
  • Configure accounting methods and bank accounts including security, check print training, transaction imports for opening balances, prebills, and installments.
  • Create and maintain workflows, processes and procedures, job aids, and promote best practices.
  • Deliver both onsite and remote training courses for introductory and intermediate level users.
  • Provide timely and detailed responses to agency partners’ support requests.
  • Assist in data clean-up before and after conversion.
  • Backup agency partners with short-term Account Management needs.
  • Manage multiple projects with well-defined plans and deadlines.
  • Evaluate results and initiate changes to help achieve organizational objectives including client retention rates of 93% or better.
