Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience coordinating rotas for Customer Support and/or Compliance teams.
  • Experience in multi-location, multi-brand, and multi-time zone scheduling.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience with rota management tools and workforce scheduling software.
  • Excellent communication and collaborator management skills.
  • Capacity to thrive in a quick-moving, fast-developing workplace.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in online industries (gaming, betting, fintech, insurance) (preferred).
  • Familiarity with regulated markets and compliance requirements (preferred).
  • Experience with B2B operations (preferred).
  • Knowledge of brand new scheduling platforms (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and maintain rotas for Customer Support and Compliance teams across multiple locations and time zones.
  • Ensure adequate staffing coverage for all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Coordinate with team leads and managers to accommodate leave requests, training schedules, and peak demand periods.
  • Monitor and adjust schedules to optimize workforce efficiency and minimize overtime.
  • Communicate rota changes promptly to all collaborators.
  • Work closely with operations and HR teams to align scheduling with business needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, shift swaps, and schedule adherence.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports on scheduling performance and critical metrics.
  • Propose improvements for rota procedures and workforce planning tools.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
