About The Position

The Optimization and Engineering Manager will lead a dynamic team focused on enhancing system performance and driving engineering excellence across projects. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of experience in engineering roles with a focus on optimization, performance tuning, or process improvement.
• Proven experience managing engineering teams and delivering complex technical projects.
• Strong knowledge of optimization techniques, algorithms, and software development best practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Operations Research, or a related discipline.
• Experience with advanced optimization frameworks, machine learning applications, or data analytics.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and scalable system architectures.
• Background in Agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Prior experience in a managerial role within a technology-driven or manufacturing environment.
