Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front-desk experience
• Confirm scheduled appointments and verify information for accuracy
• Verify and retrieve insurance information to ensure proper billing and eligibility.
• Review prescriptions and work closely with patients to choose the ideal eyewear for both medical needs and aesthetic preferences
• Provide honest and thoughtful guidance on frame choices, ensuring patients leave satisfied with their vision and style
• Achieve sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service and meeting individual patient needs
• Manage and maintain eyewear inventory to ensure a great selection of frames and lenses
• Perform adjustments and repairs on eyewear, offering personalized service that makes a lasting impression
• Collaborate with physicians to address prescription questions and provide clarity on eye-related concerns
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy and confidentiality while managing sensitive medical information
