Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of progressive leadership experience in optical or retail healthcare operations.
Proven ability to lead change, manage complexity, and deliver measurable results.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel extensively and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Lead Change & Inspire Growth: Champion operational improvements and cultural Hands-On Leadership.
Hands-On Leadership: Engage directly with field teams, providing mentorship and support while modeling accountability and grit.
Operational Excellence: Oversee staffing, inventory, and customer service; conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance, efficiency and support.
Financial Stewardship: Analyze performance metrics, set goals, and implement strategies to enhance profitability and sustainability.
Strategic Impact: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new technologies and initiatives that elevate patient experience and operational success
