Specifically, we are looking for a TS/SCI cleared OPSEC Specialist - SME - to support this mission at Pope Army Airfield, North Carolina . What you'll do: As an OPSEC Specialist - SME , you will provide technical and management leadership for all equipment and information support functions across the Task Order. Your responsibilities include: Provides leadership on major OPSEC programs. Recognized as a domain expert. Provides authoritative leadership in OPSEC strategy, adversary analysis, and compliance. Shapes enterprise OPSEC posture and ensures alignment with Section C.5.4.3 deliverables. Directs enterprise wide OPSEC operations and advanced adversary analysis. Provides expertise in OPSEC five step cycle and risk mitigation. Oversees enterprise-wide audits, inspections, and corrective actions. Tracks annual OPSEC tool training and shapes OPSEC documentation standards and compliance verification methods. Ensures continual improvement through advanced monitoring and reporting. Recognized for expertise in OPSEC and adversary threat modeling. Forecasts emerging risks and contributes to contract reviews. Advises on acquisition logistics and operational planning for OPSEC requirements. Trains staff in OPSEC frameworks and compliance standards. Ensures traceability, auditability, and compliance across all OPSEC activities. Utilize the following TO Management & Financial Tracking Tools: task order portal; Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate); G Invoicing API; ASSIST portal integration; variance analysis dashboards; MS Project; Primavera; GFP management modules; WBS tracking systems; ServiceNow; Jira Service Desk; automated RIP/CTP/TAR workflows; SharePoint libraries; Confluence; Microsoft Search; lessons learned databases; video library repositories; eMASS , Archer GRC; internal audit portals; Excel/SharePoint audit templates; CMDB with version control; Power BI with R/Python integration; Tableau; predictive analytics engines; Teams; Azure AD role based access; mobile access via Power Apps. Utilize the following Role Specific Tools: OPSEC risk assessment platforms (CARVER matrix, OPSEC Risk Analysis tools); threat intelligence dashboards (MISP, ThreatConnect, Recorded Future) for adversary monitoring; incident reporting and case management systems; insider threat monitoring dashboards; SOP/QRC libraries for standardized OPSEC processes; lessons learned repositories for operational security practices; compliance audit checklists for DoD OPSEC standards and AR 530 1 requirements; stakeholder communication dashboards for OPSEC awareness and reporting; training management systems for OPSEC awareness programs; predictive analytics engines for risk forecasting and pattern detection; configuration management databases (CMDB) for OPSEC artifacts and documentation.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a n OPSEC Specialist or similar role supporting a DoD customer at the C CMD leve l
  • Minimum of 12 years’ experience with BS/BA or 10 years’ experience with MS/MA or 7 years’ experience with PhD. or 16 years' w/o a degree or 14 years' with AS/AA
  • A current, active DoD security clearance at the TS/SCI level
  • US citizenship is

Nice To Haves

  • DoD-approved IA baseline certification for ADP-III/IT-III based on the IAT level and CE/Operating System (OS) certificate within six months of the assignment.
