FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE AND CONSUMER SERVICES DIVISION OF ADMINISTRATION DIRECTOR’S OFFICE OPEN COMPETITIVE OPPORTUNITY MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: A high school diploma or its equivalent and five (5) years of professional or nonprofessional experience in training, education, staff development, personnel or an agency program area. A bachelor's degree (4 years) from an accredited college or university and one (1) year of professional experience in training, education, staff development, personnel or an agency program area. A master's degree (6 years) from an accredited college or university can substitute for the required experience. EDUCATIONAL NOTE: Graduates utilizing education attained in the United States to meet the minimum requirements of a position will not be appointed until verification of the applicable degree has been obtained.
