Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, providing courteous assistance and directing students, staff, and visitors to appropriate areas. Answer and route phone calls, take messages, and ensure timely follow-up. Greet and acknowledge all students, staff, faculty, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner. Monitor and maintain office supply inventory, placing orders as needed. Ensure the facility remains clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Maintain and update departmental directories and contact lists as necessary. Provide administrative support for various projects and initiatives throughout the center. Perform other related duties as assigned.
