Informing visitors of the park rules and providing directions. Collect fees for park entrance and annual passes. Operate a point-of-sale cash register; accurately collect, record and reconcile revenue collected. Maintain an organized workspace, answer phones and operate radio equipment. Complete and reconcile receipts and reports. Cleaning of the inside of the ranger station, including the staff restroom. VISITOR SERVICES/VISITOR EDUCATION - Explains facilities and services provided for public use, enjoyment and education; meets visitors, answers questions, provides information and directions. Attempts to resolve visitor complaints while maintaining good public relations. MAINTENANCE - Maintains cleanliness of grounds, parking areas, facilities and restrooms.
