What you'll work on: Participate in the OPFOR military decision-making process to develop OPFOR competitive Operations Orders. Assist in ensuring all Contract Deliverable Requirements List ( CDRL ) requirements are submitted on time and that they meet or exceed standards. Support the military OPFOR. Serve as the OPFOR during warfighter execution focus ing on 48-96 hours out. Serve as primary staff officer responsible for developing plans to support the intent. Has coordinating staff responsibility for the aviation officer, engineer officer, military information support officer, information operations officer, EW officer, cyber officer and space operations officer. Collaborate with the Blue Orders writers to ensure quality of Intelligence and Enemy Sit uation paragraphs. Attend Event Life Cycle ( ELC ) events as required. Join us. The world can't wait.

Requirements

  • Experience as a former field grade officer, warrant officer, or sergeant major
  • Experience serving in a key developmental po sit ion at the brigade or battalion level
  • Knowledge of Army and Joint regulations and current doctrine
  • Ability to use Micro sof t Office suite of programs
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
  • MEL 4 certification

Nice To Haves

  • 20+ years of experience with the military in combat arms
  • Experience as a former Battalion or higher commander
  • Experience with Constructive Simulation Models such as Joint Land Component Constructive Training Capab ility ( JLCCTC ) or Warfighters Simulation ( WARSIM )
  • Knowledge of FM 7-100 OPFOR Hybrid Threat doctrine
  • Master's degree
