About The Position

Northwest Eye Surgeons is actively recruiting a fellowship-trained Glaucoma Specialist to step into a fully built, high-demand practice in Seattle. This is not a “build-your-own” role; this is a walk-in opportunity with an established referral network with immediate and sustained patient demand. Requirements

  • Fellowship-trained Glaucoma Specialist
  • Board-certified or board-eligible (MD/DO)
  • Eligible for Washington licensure and DEA
  • Surgeon who thrives in a high-volume, high-performance environment
  • Strong communicator who values team-based care

Responsibilities

  • Perform high-volume glaucoma surgery with access to advanced techniques and technology
  • Manage a broad spectrum of glaucoma pathology, with cataract integration
  • Collaborate with a large, loyal OD referral network
  • Help drive continued growth and innovation within the glaucoma program
  • Shape the glaucoma service line and mentor others
