Requirements

Board-certified or board-eligible in Ophthalmology
A proven history of successful surgical outcomes
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A commitment to offering high-quality, compassionate care to patients

Responsibilities

Preserve vision and enhance the quality of life for patients with glaucoma and complex optic nerve disease
Evaluate, diagnose, and stage a full spectrum of glaucomatous conditions, determining when medical, laser, or surgical intervention is indicated
Perform comprehensive pre‑operative and post‑operative assessments to ensure optimal outcomes for glaucoma and cataract‑glaucoma surgeries
Conduct precise, evidence‑based glaucoma procedures using modern surgical and laser technologies
Provide attentive longitudinal care, monitoring intraocular pressure, optic nerve health, visual fields, and disease progression
Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of surgeons, optometrists, technicians, scribes, and administrative staff to deliver seamless, high‑quality glaucoma care
Manage a wide range of ophthalmic conditions, with emphasis on primary and secondary glaucomas, angle‑closure disease, complex anterior segment pathology, and co‑management of cataract and glaucoma patients
