About The Position

Wolfe Eye Clinic – Better vision, for a better life! Ophthalmic Testing Technician Wolfe Eye Clinic is seeking a full-time Ophthalmic Testing Technician in our Ames clinic. Duties and Responsibilities: Provide excellent patient service. Perform visual field testing. Measure eye pressure. Take diagnostic images such as OCT’s. Disinfect and maintain clinical equipment. Prepare, enter, and maintain patient electronic health records. Working with a variety of doctors and staff in a positive and productive manner to provide quality patient care. Other clinical duties as assigned.

Requirements

Interested applicants must be able to work both independently and in a team environment
Have excellent customer service skills both externally and internally
Remain organized
Learn
Adapt quickly
Maintain excellent communication skills
Some daytime travel is required.
When traveling outside your base clinic mileage and time on the road will be reimbursed.
