We have an opportunity for an Opthalmic Tech Lead to manage the workflow, onsite Optical Tech and coordinate patient care with our professional eye care resources at our Prado Tampa location. The Opthalmic Technician Supervisor is responsible for supporting the front desk check-in/check-out activities, assisting the Optical technician in preparing patient charts and overseeing the overall patient flow. This position will also be responsible for coordinating staffing support at the Prado Tampa location. This is a working lead role and will be responsible for performing technician and front/back-office duties in addition to leading the team. This office will require someone with experience in performing tasks at the front desk including ordering of supplies and balancing cash and credit transactions daily.
