About The Position

Someone who wants a successful career in the eye care profession where your efforts make a difference. We want people who are tech-savvy, enthusiastic, cares about others, and wants to work in a fast paced and fun environment. This is a 40 hour per week position. Work hours are somewhere between 7 am and 5:30 pm dependent on the position and patient needs. Some positions may work on a Saturday rotation with hours between 7 am and 12 pm. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Knowledge of anatomy and physiology of the eye, optics, testing techniques, utilization of equipment relative to position.

- Efficient on computers, type at least 30 wpm
Nice To Haves
- COA, COT, or COMT certification
Responsibilities
- To perform an extensive number of data collection functions as delegated by the physician to allow for proper professional diagnosis of patients and to do so in a way that instills patient confidence in the treatment.
- Demonstrate ophthalmic technician skills.
