Reporting to SVP/GM Ophthalmics, the Ophthalmic Inside Sales Manager is dedicated to building strong relationships with both internal and external customers. With a leadership focus on accelerating sales growth, this role manages the inside sales team to optimize customer experience and exceed revenue targets through dynamic coaching and innovative sales strategies that expand market opportunities. This position ensures revenue growth for the organization by meeting and exceeding the sales goals set within the organization through effective sales planning, targeting and closing new business within current customer accounts. The Ophthalmic Inside Sales Manager works with commercial, internal, external, ophthalmology sales teams, as well as leadership.
