Requirements

• Strength and agility to maneuver product/equipment (50-100 pounds)
• Availability to work overtime (including weekends as needed)
• You have or are willing to develop basic computer skills.

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or GED (helpful)
• Agricultural experience (helpful)
• Mechanical experience (helpful)
• Background in feed or animal production (helpful)

Responsibilities

• This person will manage the daily responsibilities of the mill.
• They will strive to attain maximum operational effectiveness and efficiency inside the workplace.
• These responsibilities include but are not limited to: maintenance of equipment, quality control, and maintaining proper inventory levels of ingredients and manufactured feed.
• All duties should be performed in accordance with company policies.
