Operator Support Associate
About The Position
JetInsight's best-in-class quoting and fleet management software helps aircraft charter operators run and grow safer, more efficient, and more profitable businesses. We work with hundreds of operators across the US and are building the world's largest network of on-demand aircraft. We’re looking for a full-time Operator Support Associate (Customer Support Associate) to join our high-performing and fast-paced support team. You will serve as a trusted advocate and resource for our customers and strive to maintain JetInsight’s reputation for the best customer service satisfaction in the industry.
Requirements
- A history of success in a customer-facing role
- Excitement to work at a growing start-up
- A desire to learn and immerse yourself in a new industry to truly understand the customer
- An attitude that gets things done
- Strong problem-solving abilities to quickly understand customer's core issues and find creative solutions

- An interest in aviation and/or the travel industry is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Solving client issues via all channels including chat, email, and phone
- Becoming a cross-functional team player by partnering with our Customer Success and sales teams
- Being the voice of the customer by providing feedback to the Product and Engineering teams
- Helping to improve the customer experience while working in a collaborative, fast-paced, and fun team environment
