Position Summary:
We are looking for a hands-on, mechanically inclined individual who can operate and maintain coil binding equipment. This role includes leadership opportunities for someone ready to grow into a lead position while working in a fast-paced production setting.

Requirements

• Mechanical understanding or interest in hands-on work
• Comfort using hand tools and learning production equipment
• Ability to lead by example and work well with others
• Strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and safety
• Reliability and willingness to adapt to production needs
• Eagerness to grow in a leadership or technical role

Responsibilities

• Operate and oversee a coil binding machine for punching and inserting plastic or wire coil
• Guide a small team to meet daily production goals
• Address mechanical issues and perform routine upkeep (primarily mechanical systems)
• Ensure quality standards are upheld throughout each job
• Use standard tools for adjustments and maintenance
• Maintain consistent attendance and reliability
• Work flexible hours and overtime as needed
