Extrusion Operator Level 1 (FWD - Heat Treat)
About The Position
Bonnell Aluminum is searching for an individual to join our Extrusion team. What You’ll Be Responsible For : Assisting/Operating various types of machinery including (but not limited to): - Cut to Length Saws - Stretchers - Ascona Measuring system - Walkie Riders (must have a valid license through Bonnell) Inspecting material to specified instructions using measuring tools, such as: - Tape Measure - Steel Ruler - Venire / Dial Calipers - Protractors Moving material to and from value streams Maintaining all specified tolerances per instructions Inspiring others to work efficiently, defuse conflict, and make good decisions
Requirements
- Ability to push, pull, or lift heavy loads
- Ability to perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide whole numbers).
- Maintain excellent attendance
- Ability to work with little to no supervision
- Able to work overtime, as needed
- High School Diploma/GED preferred
- Pass company background check and drug screen
