Operator III (Lead Press Operator) – Night Shift (7PM–7AM | 2-2-3 Schedule) Location: Reno, NV Department: Mailer Production Hiring Immediately! We are looking for an experienced Operator III (Lead Press Operator) to join our night‑shift team. Requirements
- 5–7 years of machine operator or production experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Experience leading or training others
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
- Comfortable working 12‑hour night shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule
- High School diploma or GED required
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot production and finishing equipment
- Lead and guide production line crew members
- Read job tickets and verify materials/components
- Ensure product quality, registration, and line performance
- Perform minor mechanical adjustments and basic repairs
- Track line counts and enter accurate production data
- Maintain productivity, waste, and quality targets
- Support safe work practices and uphold housekeeping standards
- Communicate effectively during shift transitions
