Operator I (II, III)
About The Position
Operator I Essential Job Functions: Follow all Company Rules and Regulations as described in the Field Controls Employee Manual Observe all Safety Rules and Regulations and report Safety concerns Maintain housekeeping to acceptable levels and perform 5S+1 audits as assigned Manufacture, assemble and pack materials and / or finished goods as described in the provided documentation. Perform work to expected quality and production standards Communicate any issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel Meet all cross-training requirements within assigned team to progress to next Operator II. Perform other duties as assigned. Operator II Essential Job Functions: Successfully complete and maintain all the requirements of an Operator I Have no disciplinary actions within the last 12 months Must meet all cross-training requirements within other teams within the department to progress to Operator III Operator III Job Functions: Successfully complete and maintain all the requirements of an Operator II Meet all performance and attendance requirements Have no disciplinary actions within the last 12 months Must meet all cross departmental training requirements
