About The Position

Transdev is actively hiring bus drivers for their fixed route transit service in Jefferson Parish LA. We are looking for safe, friendly drivers to help passengers move around throughout Jefferson Parish using public transportation. Requirements

High school diploma, GED or equivalent
A valid CDL Class B or higher driver's license with full passenger air brakes in good standing is required.
Must present an original Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) issued within the last 30 days
Previous bus or heavy-duty vehicle driving experience preferred
Excellent customer and communication skills
Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules
Subject to DOT drug testing. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including marijuana, for any reason.
Be eligible to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future (if based in the U.S.).
Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen.
