Your Opportunity as an Operator 1 and Production Utility Worker As a part of the Hostess Plant Production Team, you are responsible for several bakery manufacturing activities. As an Operator 1-Production and Utility Production worker, you must be able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, be able to communicate and work effectively in a team structure and be flexible in work assignments within the operator and production category, which can include Pan Setter, Feeder, Packer/Carton, Packer/Cases, Shipping Stacker, Handler, Sanitor, Receiver, Palletizer, Mixer, Fryer, Oven Operator, Wrap Operator, Depositor, Scaler, VFFS, Pearson, Vari Straight Right/Left, Enrober, Forklift, Yard Dog. You must be able to follow both written and verbal instructions, safely and accurately complete assigned duties and maintain GMP standards. You will be a part of the Food Defense Team. Your Opportunity as the Engineering Operator 3 (Maintenance Tech) The Engineering Operator performs a full range of maintenance/engineering assignments using independent judgment to make decisions requiring the application of procedures and practices to specific situations.
