Operations Work Leader 2nd Shift
About The Position
Are you ready to lead the charge in a fast-paced, high-energy environment? We’re looking for a driven, hands-on leader who thrives on keeping things moving, solving problems on the fly, and rallying a team to crush goals in our flower-packed warehouse. As our 2nd Shift Operations Work Leader, you’ll be at the heart of our night operations keeping the gears turning and the orders processing. From picking and packing to checking and replenishing, you’ll help oversee the entire operation, making sure every stem and botanical beauty gets to its destination with speed and quality. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be a part of steering the night shift to excellence, working side-by-side with Supervisors and crew to: Keep it accurate – Work with pickers to ensure accurate orders: We Aspire to be Our Customers’ Most Valuable Supplier Race the clock – Monitor pick tickets and packing queues to keep us ahead of the curve and on-time every time. Perfect the pack – From dry packs to procona buckets, you’ll ensure every item is packed with care and ready for the journey. Stay stocked – Oversee replenishment and unboxing to keep our inventory fresh, flowing, and flawless. Chill in the cooler – Literally! You’ll lead teams in a 34° warehouse/cooler environment, keeping cool under pressure. Be the final check – Ensure orders pass inspection before they hit the road—because we only ship the best. Shift the crew into gear – You’ll keep staff aligned with volume, making sure there’s never a backup on the line or a lull in momentum. Move the goods – Oversee scanning, sorting, and pallet accuracy so everything lands in the right hands.
Requirements
- 3+ years of warehouse experience and at least 1–2 years leading a team.
- You’re a motivator, a coach, a doer someone people look to when the pressure’s on.
- Strong communication that allows you to successfully direct a team.
- You’re familiar with tech: Excel, Outlook, ERP systems.
- You’ve got serious multitasking skills and a love for problem-solving on the fly.
- You’re not afraid to get your hands dirty (or cold)
