About The Position

US Heart and Vascular is seeking a full-time Remote Operations Vendor Programs Manager to join our team. Position Summary: This role will drive optimal performance and engagement in clinical vendor partnerships and is responsible for vendor oversight and delivery of clinical services for USHV programs across the platform. The perfect candidate will work closely with market operations and the Value Based Care (VBC) team to optimal performance, engagement, and outcomes are achieved. Will be the primary liaison between the organization and the vendors to drive performance, quality, and compliance.

  • Ability to manage time, organize work, set priorities, meet deadlines, and follow up on work assignments with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work independently, and as a team, to complete daily activities according to the work schedule.
  • Working knowledge of Office 365 programs such as Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Supports the Mission, Vision and Values of USHV and the practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience
  • Three (3) experience in vendor management, and clinical delegated vendor oversight.
  • If the individual in this role will claim mileage on their expense report, a current valid state driver’s license and required minimum auto insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for the vendor relationship to support operations programs and strategic initiatives
  • Monitor vendor adherence to contractual terms, maintain service level agreement (SLA) documentation and budget management
  • Identify opportunities within programs and implement corrective action and remediation plans when necessary
  • Ensure vendors deliverables and commitments as outlined in Statement of Work (SOW)
  • Manages cross-functional relationships between market operations, IT, business partners to ensure execution and optimal performance of services rendered by vendors
  • Project manages new vendor solution implementations across the platform and in collaborating with market operational leadership
  • Prepares Request for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposal (RFPs) to drive strategic operational initiatives
  • Partners with financial, operational, and clinical business partners and leaders to support business case development and demonstrate anticipated return on investments (ROIs) and/or strategic and clinical based outcomes
  • Drive regular meetings with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure program success
  • Facilitate complex conversations with vendors to achieve USHV's desired outcomes
  • Provide updates to leadership on vendor performance, risks, and mitigation strategies
  • Maintains a safe workplace by following established safety protocols, reporting hazards, and participating in required safety training. Position may require travel to/from other locations. Ensures vehicles are operated and maintained in compliance with all safety, regulatory, and company requirements.
