Dealers throughout the world utilize NPA for acquisition of wholesale vehicles and to ensure their pre-owned inventory meets their customer's demands. Summary of responsibilities: National Powersport Auctions is looking for an individual that is self-driven, and passionate about powersports, to organize and prepare Powersport product as necessary for Auction. De-Trashing and cleaning all product are critical pieces to the Inspection process that require a high level of attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the initial receiving, assisting with battery installs, wash and detail of all powersports. This individual may be asked to assist with prepping campers, boats, trailers and RVs. This candidate will be responsible for loading/unloading of inbound and outbound powersports safely either by manually rolling the unit or with the use of a forklift and may be required to work overtime

Requirements

You must be able to lift 75 lbs.
You must be able to maneuver and operate a 2 wheel motorcycle with expertise
Must not be sensitive to chemicals, cleaners and fuel fumes
You must be able to push a rolling 900lb motorcycle with relative ease
Must have reliable transportation for all season

Responsibilities

Powersport Prep Install batteries, wash and detail all powersports within 24hrs of receiving
De-trash and thoroughly detail interiors within allowed time constraints
Organize, maneuver and assist in loading/unloading all product, with the use of a forklift
Receive and Release product as needed
Remove and Tag all personal property found inside Campers, Boats, Trailers and RVs
Assist with staging units for Auction
Verify that the vehicles are labeled and have keys
Verify that vehicles have enough fuel to process a condition report
Attach, zip-tie, keys to units for security
You must be able to lift 75 lbs.

You must be able to push a rolling 900lb motorcycle with relative ease
Put correct air pressure in tires as needed
Responsible for all company equipment and tools associated with Detail/Battery and Vehicle Prep
Arrive to work on time per your required work schedule
Must have reliable transportation for all season
Always be courteous and respectful to fellow employees and customers
Company equipment must be used for company purposes only
Company vehicles must be operated safely and within their intended purpose
Dress appropriately to your particular job duties and within the parameters of our current employee manual
Always pick up after yourself
Keep your work area neat and clean
Always ask questions if you are unsure
Always check in and out with your direct supervisors at the beginning and end of your daily shift
Always return company equipment before end of shift i.e. handhelds, forklifts
Always report safety related or damage issues with company equipment to management
Always return keys immediately when finished using them
Always report damage incurred while moving or operating inventory vehicles
