Responsibilities

  • Training Design & Development Design, develop, and maintain training programs for operational systems, internal processes, and HR initiatives
  • Create structured learning paths for onboarding, system implementations, and process updates
  • Develop eLearning modules using tools such as Adobe Captivate
  • Produce job aids, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, quick reference materials, and knowledge checks
  • Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  • System & Technical Training Develop and deliver training on internal systems and software platforms
  • Partner with IT and Operations teams to understand system functionality and translate it into user-friendly training
  • Support system rollouts with training materials, workshops, and reinforcement plans
  • HR & Compliance Training Deliver HR-related training including onboarding, performance management processes, workplace policies, and compliance programs
  • Ensure training materials align with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
  • Assist in updating training content as policies or regulations change
  • Develop External Online Education Content Design and produce online financial education courses for external audiences
  • Develop homebuyer education course content that is clear, accessible, and compliant with applicable guidelines
  • Create interactive digital learning experiences, videos, assessments, and participant resources
  • Ensure external content aligns with regulatory requirements and organizational standards
  • Continuously evaluate and improve course effectiveness based on participant feedback and performance metrics
  • Facilitation & Delivery Lead engaging in-person training sessions, workshops, and seminars
  • Facilitate virtual instructor-led sessions when required
  • Adapt delivery style to meet the needs of diverse audiences across departments
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics
  • Continuous Improvement Assess organizational training needs through collaboration with department leaders
  • Monitor training outcomes and recommend improvements
  • Maintain training documentation, schedules, and reporting metrics
