About The Position

Trainees work with Operators to learn various skills in the wastewater field. The role requires a proper work ethic, ability to work well within a team, a real desire to continue learning in the field, and a safety-minded routine. Trainees should be self-motivated and enjoyable to work with. They are expected to grasp an understanding of the principles of wastewater treatment and sewer collection systems, learn associated mechanical skills, complete projects within established timeframes, and properly execute tasks independently while being reliable and punctual.

• Work with Operators to learn various skills in the wastewater field
• Grasp an understanding of the principals of wastewater treatment and sewer collection systems
• Learn mechanical skills associated with wastewater treatment and sewer collection systems
• Complete projects within established timeframes
• Learn tasks and properly execute them independently
