Operations Technology Pro (OTP Pro) Part-Time | Hourly | Flexible Schedule Think McDonald’s is just food? Think again. We’re looking for a tech-curious problem solver to help keep the technology in our restaurants running at peak performance. This role is perfect for someone who loves figuring out how things work and wants to learn, grow, and build real-world technical skills — we’ll train you. What You’ll Work With · Enterprise POS systems · Digital menu boards & self-order kiosks · Networking & connectivity equipment · Google-based platforms and cloud-enabled tools · Restaurant hardware & operating systems You won’t just watch — you’ll touch it, troubleshoot it, upgrade it, and improve it. What You’ll Do · Perform preventative maintenance and manage tech life cycles · Support hardware refreshes, installs, and OS upgrades · Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues on-site and by phone · Support new technology rollouts and initiatives · Help managers and crew confidently use restaurant technology This Role Is Great For Someone Who… · Is tech-inclined and enjoys hands-on work · Is studying (or studied) IT, electronics, networking, or a technical trade · Wants real-world experience with flexible, part-time hours · Is interested in long-term growth within a company · Has McDonald’s experience (a plus, not required) What You Bring · Strong attention to detail and time management · Willingness to learn new systems and technology · Clear communication skills · Flexible availability (early mornings, evenings, occasional weekends) · Ability to travel between locations in Middleton & Waunakee, WI (greater Madison area) · Ability to lift up to 50 lbs · Must be 18+
