Requirements

Basic experience with data analysis, methods and graphing.
Creative problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office Tools, with a special emphasis on Excel

Responsibilities

Assist Process Excellence Engineers with workshops, process analysis, and project management
Assist Digital Manufacturing Engineers with Kanoa MES maintenance and deployments, OT network set up, and project management
Assist Automation Engineers with integrated solutions (robotics, vision systems, controls, andon, pick to light systems) and project management
Methods analysis and improvement
Process Sequence Flow Mapping and Time Studies
Utilize simulation software to analyze current processes
Layout work (equipment and work station)
Lean, Kaizen, 6S and Value Stream Mapping activities
Identify 8 wastes in processes and engage with shop floor associates during improvement activities
