As Operations Team Chief, you’ll bring your analytical, strategic, tactical, technical, DOTMLPF, and MDMP expertise as you lead a team on planning, preparing and executing Warfighter Exercises (WFXs) in support of the client. You’ll be a t rus ted advisor to Military and Senior Mentors alike, and we’ll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies , processes, or instrumentation related to WFXs, Risk Reduction Events, and steady state operations. You’ll oversee the constructive training work we do and the solutions we deliver for the Army's warfighter program. You served your country—now, continue your mission with us. Requirements

Experience as a field grade officer, including Warrant Officer W-4 / 5 or Sergeant Major E9
Experience serving in a key developmental position at brigade or battalion level such as Executive Officer, S-3, or Operations Sergeant Major
Experience with Micro sof t Word and PowerPoint
Experience with current Army and Joint regulation and publications
Top Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Completion of Military Education Level (MEL4) CGSC, Warrant Officer Senior Service Education (WOSSE), or Sergeants Major Course (SMC)
