About The Position

Scope of Responsibilities: Works under minimal superv1s1on of the Sr Director of Healthcare Operations. Provides centralized support to the retail pharmacy store teams to achieve pharmacy service goals related to programs such as medication therapy management and medication adherence. Follows standard procedures to accomplish assigned tasks. Job Summary: Complete tasks related to supporting operations within the pharmacy. Activities will relate to clinical program support, immunization workflow and compliance, communication and knowledge base management, and pharmacist scheduling and payroll functions. This is not a remote position.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Drug test
  • Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring
  • Any and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position

Responsibilities

  • Centrally prepare Stars, TIPs and CMRs for patients assigned to stores in the MTM platform software
  • Complete technician driven targeted interventions in Outcomes.
  • Reconcile the allergy and medication list from the MTM software with the prescription history in
  • Transcribe the TIPs or alerts from the MTM software to the CMR Worksheet
  • Submit the CMR Worksheet to the Manager of Pharmacy Services for
  • Provide CMR worksheets to pharmacy teams for cases
  • Communicate with pharmacy staff to ensure completion of prepped
  • Complete tech driven TIPs in the OutcomesMTM
  • Support off site flu
  • Act as a liaison between the store and the clinic
  • Coordinate execution of the
  • Work with store teams and Regional Pharmacy Managers to select clinic
  • Coordinate marketing materials for each
  • Track scheduled and completed clinics using the Flu Clinic Tr
  • Support appropriate billing of
  • Support appropriate record keeping for vaccinat
  • Help maintain patient records in the
  • Aid pharmacists in obtaining access to the H
  • Support store level compliance with vaccination regulations
  • Track CPR and Hep B Vaccination status
  • Coordinate communication to the store teams
  • Assign and track
  • Send daily emails.
  • Maintain resources in task
  • Creates the working scheduling for
  • Prepares payroll for Regional Healthcare Manager to approve and resolves payroll issues when
  • Maintains pharmacist and technician licensing and
  • Participate in additional pharmacy service-related projects as
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding all patient
  • Must keep current with all State and Federal requirements related to conditions of
  • Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
