This position involves creating and executing test plans, troubleshooting system issues, and maintaining accurate documentation. Additionally, you will provide technical support to agents and branch offices, update underwriting and processing systems, and ensure timely communication of regulatory changes. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across IT, underwriting and regulatory teams.
