Responsible oversees LTS’ nation-wide network of RN field assessors and agency assessors in an effort to ensure that the highest quality assessments are being conducted. The NS will be responsible for ensuring adequate network coverage in the required service areas. In addition, the NS will manage the recruitment and maintenance of the network, inclusive of regulatory compliance, and annual mandatory/role specific training. The NS role will investigate customer complaints that are network related, be responsible for reeducation/disciplinary action for the field staff. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience, ideally in a healthcare setting
  • Experience in network and contract management
  • Experience building and managing networks of service delivery providers
  • Experience recruiting clinicians and working with contracted agencies

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the supervision and coordination of integration activities
  • Negotiate and manage rates for RN field assessors and agencies
  • Responsible for Pillar review & analytics
  • Negotiate and manage rates for RN field assessors and agencies
  • Collaborate with Operations leadership in assigned area to coordinate resources and support based on defined need
  • Responsible for performing duties defined by the Home Health/Hospice ED,CD,PCM job description
  • Responsible for the education and communication of LHC operational processes and policies and applicable EMR
  • Responsible for the education and communication of operational metrics/analytics/KPI’s
  • Ability to independently plan for an integration to include schedules, education, equipment, materials and all other items applicable within the process
  • Works in collaboration with the operation teams to identify training needs and develop training plans
