About The Position

The Operations Support Team is dedicated to ensuring smooth operations throughout the organization. The primary responsibilities of this role include providing administrative support, managing processes, and driving process improvement. Candidates should be well-organized, flexible, resourceful, and possess a team-oriented attitude. They must also be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong interpersonal skills are crucial, as the ability to effectively interact with staff and external partners at all levels in a fast-paced environment is essential. The ideal candidate will remain flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, even under pressure.

Requirements

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office products and other computer applications
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
  • Efficiently manages shifting priorities to meet deadlines and address action items
  • Maintains a strict level of confidentiality
  • Skilled in researching and reporting information

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree or some college a plus
  • Background in operations, sales and/or accounting helpful

Responsibilities

  • Investigate policy and process questions, providing clear resolutions to Community Team Members and Regional Leaders.
  • Coordinate the flow of information and requests related to YES Operations processes between Community Team Members, the home office, and regional leaders.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, summaries, and project requests as needed.
  • Research and create summaries of products, initiatives, and internal systems upon request.
  • Recommend, develop, and streamline operational processes to support key business metrics and initiatives.
  • Prepare internal and external corporate documents for both the team and industry partners.
  • Assist in refining and rolling out policies, procedures, and forms related to company operations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Community Team Members, Field Leadership, Home Office Team Members, and Leaders.
  • Manage community bonus and commission processes as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Be prepared for occasional travel as necessary.
