About The Position

Join our dedicated team as an Operations Support Specialist, where you will keep our office running smoothly while providing essential administrative and operational support across the organization. ENTRUST Solutions Group is an industry leader in engineering and consulting services, delivering innovative and dependable solutions that modernize and protect critical energy and utility infrastructure nationwide. In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping daily office operations running smoothly while supporting teams across the organization. You’ll coordinate office logistics and social events, assist with new employee onboarding, and serve as a go‑to resource for company policies and procedures. Working closely with departments such as Accounting, Training, Business Development, and Marketing, you’ll help manage projects, maintain databases and files, generate reports in Vantagepoint, and support meetings and expense tracking. You’ll also oversee mail and package logistics and help ensure operational processes are efficient and well organized. This position requires balancing multiple priorities while delivering consistent, high‑quality support. You’ll use Microsoft Office 365 tools daily to create documents, track information, coordinate communication, and support team workflows. Success in this role comes from being detail‑oriented, communicative, and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment. As a dependable, behind‑the‑scenes partner, you’ll help teams stay organized, connected, and focused on their work. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
  • 2-5 years of experience in an administrative or professional support function
