The Operations Support Specialist is responsible for a variety of operational, compliance, and member service functions that are integral to the successful operation of the Credit Union. This position works both independently and collaboratively with internal teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements while delivering exceptional service to members. As a subject matter expert, the Operations Support Specialist plays a critical role in resolving complex member and operational issues, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all operational areas while supporting consistent application of policies and procedures.
