We make things people actually use, and to do that, our operations teams need accurate data, clean reporting, and someone who knows their way around D365 without breaking into a cold sweat. That’s where you come in.This role sits right in the middle of production, sales, and quality — the person who keeps jobs moving, reports tidy, and paperwork (digital or otherwise) where it should be. If you enjoy making sense of transactions, solving small mysteries, and catching errors before they become “issues,” you’ll fit right in. You’ll handle the day‑to‑day operational transactions that keep our production lines and reporting running smoothly. Think job movements, receipts, reports, and a healthy amount of “making sure things match.” You’ll also work closely with operations, sales, and quality teams to resolve discrepancies — and keep everyone honest about data accuracy.

Requirements

  • You’ve used Microsoft Dynamics 365 before, or you’re comfortable picking it up quickly.
  • Detail‑oriented — you notice things other people miss.
  • You understand how manufacturing or operations work (at least the basics).
  • You can juggle multiple tasks without dropping them.
  • Strong Excel skills and comfortable with reporting.
  • Communicative, organized, and not easily flustered.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a production or quality‑focused environment.
  • A knack for spotting inconsistencies and asking the right questions.

Responsibilities

  • Run job movements, issues, and receipts accurately in D365.
  • Manage and update sales reports (the ones people actually read).
  • Print and prep production orders.
  • Process Defective Notes without breaking a sweat.
  • Keep digital DGAs organized and up to date.
  • Maintain the scrap report so we always know where we stand.
  • Protect data integrity and follow internal controls.
  • Team up with operations, quality, and sales to solve problems and clear roadblocks.
