Optime Care seeks an Operations IT Support Specialist to assist the Director of Operations and care teams by developing, maintaining, and analyzing operational and client-facing reports. This role will assist with developing new reports, conducting trend analysis, and preparing data for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). The specialist will ensure data accuracy, identify performance trends, highlight areas for improvement, and provide insights that help optimize program effectiveness. The Operations IT Support Specialist will collaborate across operations, client services, and leadership to ensure data-informed decision-making aligned with Optime’s core values. They will review and triage any operations-related help desk tickets and respond with solutions. They will also review the fax queue daily to watch for any trends of transmission failures. This role is based at Optime Care’s headquarters in Earth City, MO, and will be required to be in the office four days a week.
