The Operations Support Specialist, Intermediate provides essential program and administrative support for the Program Manager of Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PM PNT), ensuring efficient operations and effective communication across functional areas. Requirements

  • AA or two (2) year technical school with seven (7) years of related experience. OR
  • Two (2) years of related experience may be substituted for the degree with seven (7) years of related experience.
  • TS/SCI Clearance

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage complex program support functions, including overseeing the TMT, coordinating high-level meetings and events, and leading the development and implementation of policies, plans, and procedures.
  • Proactively identify and analyze potential risks, recommending and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing expert advice and support to leadership and program managers.
  • Responsible for comprehensive project/program tracking, including cost, schedule, and performance analysis, and for preparing detailed briefings and reports for senior leadership.
