About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Support Specialist to serve as a critical link between our Equipment Division and Fleet Management Division. This position supports time-sensitive day-to-day operations and will work closely with the Equipment Quality & Control Manager and Fleet Operations Coordinator. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly adaptable, and has strong computer skills—particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel. Training will be provided to ensure that the selected candidate is equipped to step in for either the Equipment Quality & Control Manager or the Fleet Operations Coordinator when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Track tanks and equipment deployment, recovery, and status statewide
  • Set up and monitor tank monitors for accurate performance
  • Maintain equipment inventory and assist with ordering
  • Serve as liaison between Sales and Operations teams
  • Provide support to Sales with general procedures and equipment knowledge
  • Research equipment history and current location
  • Read and complete build sheets; assist with loan agreement documentation
  • Dispatch and monitor Field Service requests
  • Process and review invoices, including third-party service invoices
  • Monitor pricing to ensure cost efficiency
  • Assist with scheduling, ordering, returning, and delivering vehicle parts
  • Support new unit setups and service coordination
  • Enter and retrieve large datasets in Fleetio system
  • Maintain and monitor Fleetio modules for accuracy and completeness
  • Implement new Fleetio updates and features as needed
  • Perform general administrative and operational duties as assigned
