The Operations Support Representative provides support for the Merchant Referral Program through implementing and maintaining system enrollments. Growing the business of new, inactive, and active Merchants through ongoing communication, relationship building, and follow-up. The successful candidate will also provide support for field team members, sales team members and businesses enrolled in the program. In the Role Systemically processing and maintaining Merchant Referral enrollments Initiating outbound calls to merchants as necessary to gain information for growth opportunities Collaborate and partner with sales representatives and branches as needed Processing merchant reviews Processing and coordination of merchant inquiry resolution with appropriate OneMain personnel / departments Project assignments as needed Making recommendations for process improvements and assisting in training and material development Delivering high quality service to existing internal / external customers
