Cordia is seeking an Operations Support Manager to lead fleetwide initiatives, standards, and innovation. Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, this role is directly responsible for the fleetwide Equipment Reliability Program, fleetwide Operations Optimization Program, and supporting all other operations activities including projects, safety, training, environmental, and sustainability. Commercial and Business activity support duties are expected to be a portion of this role. The Operations Support Manager serves as a key position to align efforts to consistently and continuously improve distributed operations across Cordia’s nationwide platform. The position will also represent operations, where appropriate, in company wide initiatives.
